We work throughout the world with major organisations such as Royal Bank of Scotland , AstraZeneca, Nokia, SpecSavers, Finning, Medical Research Council and HP.
Our aim is to engage people with a combination of enjoyable experimental activities, cutting edge theoretical ideas and facilitated discussion to explore the issues, find the key individual learning points and add real value.

Successful projects have included:

Human resources consultancy and change management in support of the integration of two major high tech organisations. Tailored cultural understanding and cultural awareness programmes using the Trompenaars framework.

[2] For teams:
Development and implementation of programmes that improve relationships, build team effectiveness, enhance leadership and management skills and build service excellence. We work with many different types of teams including global, strategic, department, project and remote teams and we use a wide range of models including Kouzes and Posner, Douglas and Tuckman.

[3] For individuals we develop and implement workshops and coaching programmes that increase self awareness and build self confidence. We use a wide range of tools and techniques including Transactional Analyst, NLP, Myers Briggs (MBTI) step 2 and Margherison-McCann Team Management Systems (TMS).
